Richard Nugent : Double Homicide: Person of Interest Sought in Franklin Street Shooting Near Buffalo Bayou Trail

Authorities in Houston, Texas have released surveillance photos of a person of interest in connection with a deadly shooting that took place in downtown Houston on June 2. The shooting resulted in the tragic deaths of a man and a woman in the 600 block of Franklin Street.

The Houston Police Department described the person of interest as a Black man with a goatee and possible beard, who was seen carrying a small, dark bag or fanny pack. The authorities are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating this individual.

It is important to note that this individual is currently wanted for questioning and is not considered a suspect at this time.

The incident in question occurred on June 2, when authorities discovered the bodies of the two victims in downtown Houston. The male victim has been identified as 38-year-old Richard Nugent, while the female victim has been identified as 66-year-old RJ Lewis.

Law enforcement officials are currently working to determine a motive for the shooting and have appealed to the public for any information that may assist in the investigation. At this time, no description of a suspect has been provided.
