According to a report from local news outlet FOX 29, the victim was enjoying a barbecue in his backyard when he was verbally harassed by a neighbour. Following a heated exchange, the victim retreated into his home, only to have the situation escalate when the neighbour, identified as 29-year-old Zackry Calvin Zeedyk, pulled into the victim’s driveway.
Upon confronting Zeedyk outside, the victim was allegedly met with the terrifying sight of a gun being pointed directly at him. Fortunately, no shots were fired, but the entire ordeal was captured on camera, providing crucial evidence for law enforcement.
Authorities have since issued a warrant for Zeedyk’s arrest, charging him with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and violation of a protective order.
