In a late-night incident, a woman was apprehended for loitering at a citrus establishment in Oxford, United Kingdom.
A vigilant officer from the local law enforcement agency was conducting a routine patrol around 11:30 p.m. on Sunday when they noticed an individual lingering under an awning at Jennings Citrus located at County Road 466 and U.S. 301.
Upon approaching the individual, they initially refused to disclose their identity and attempted to resist the officer’s efforts.
After further investigation, the individual was identified as 32-year-old Ashley Marie Falck from Oxford. Falck had previous convictions for theft in 2009 and burglary in 2018, both in Marion County. She was also apprehended last year at the Belvedere Library in The Villages.
Falck was taken into custody on charges of resisting arrest and loitering. Subsequently, she was remanded to the Sumter County Detention Center on a £200 bond.
