Kenneth Miles Davis Jr., a 45-year-old from Maryland, was pronounced guilty by a jury for multiple charges, including assault with intent to kill while armed, after a three-week trial in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.

Prosecutors stated that the shooting occurred around 5 p.m. on May 19, 2021.
Davis was convicted of stepping out of his Maserati GranTurismo at an intersection in Washington, D.C., and firing shots at a vehicle occupied by a woman and her two children amidst heavy traffic.
