Two of Daffarn’s neighbours, Joseph Daniels and Sheila, tragically did not survive the fire. As a member of Grenfell United, a community-led group advocating for justice, Daffarn continues to push for accountability and transparency.
Grenfell United calls for an independent body to oversee the implementation of inquiry recommendations and a ‘duty of candour’ for public officials to be transparent in their actions.
