Chesapeake Police Investigate Shooting Incident in Chesapeake, VA

Chesapeake Police officers are currently conducting an investigation into a shooting incident that left one individual injured in Chesapeake, Virginia.

On the evening of June 10, 2024, at approximately 7:16 p.m., law enforcement responded to a report of a shooting at 3302 S. Military Highway. Upon arrival at the scene, officers discovered that a juvenile male had been shot by another juvenile male. The injured individual was swiftly transported to a nearby hospital with serious injuries that are fortunately non-life-threatening.
