Accident – Death – Obituary News : Tragedy struck a secondary school in Trang, Thailand, when a 15-year-old female student tragically fell to her death from a school building. The incident, which occurred on June 12, has sparked an official investigation by the school authorities.
The police were alerted to the incident after receiving a report from Trang Hospital’s emergency room. They immediately responded to the scene, where they found the lifeless body of the student, identified as Boom, who was enrolled in a special STEM program in her fourth year of high school. Despite the efforts of teachers and emergency medical personnel, Boom succumbed to her injuries.
Trang Governor Songkrod Sawangwong, along with other officials, visited the hospital to offer their condolences to Boom’s family. They emphasized the need for a thorough investigation, and forensic officers were dispatched to the school to gather evidence.
Initial investigations have revealed that Boom’s father dropped her off at school just moments before the tragic incident occurred. The exact cause of the fall is still under investigation, and authorities are working to determine the circumstances leading up to the tragic event.
In interviews with Boom’s family, there were no immediate signs of stress or pressure related to her school life. However, personal issues may have played a role in the incident. As a result, the governor has instructed the school to form a committee to further investigate the matter.
