A 17-year-old teenager is facing serious charges of DUI manslaughter and vehicular homicide following a tragic fiery crash that claimed the lives of a husband and wife in Ocala, Florida. The driver of the Mercedes-Benz SUV involved in the crash has been identified as Frank Scudder IV, a 17-year-old who sustained serious injuries and was rushed to the hospital for treatment. Investigators have revealed that Scudder was allegedly speeding at over 120 mph in the moments leading up to the collision, with no signs of braking.

Furthermore, a blood test conducted after the crash indicated that Scudder’s blood alcohol level was .188, which is more than double the legal limit. As a result, Ocala police have arrested Scudder and charged him with two counts of DUI manslaughter, two counts of vehicular manslaughter, and three counts of DUI property damage.
