Accident – Death – Obituary News : A 41-year-old woman was apprehended on Monday for breaching a protection order that had recently been issued at the Douglas County courthouse in Nebraska. Deputies were called to the fifth floor of the Hall of Justice around 9:30 a.m. following a disturbance involving two individuals, as reported by the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office.

The altercation stemmed from a courtroom where a judge had just granted a protection order against the suspect, who has been identified as Latisha Clark. The judge specifically instructed that the harassment protection order was to be enforced while both Clark and the victim were present in the courtroom. Subsequently, Clark was asked to exit the courtroom, while the victim was advised to remain inside to prevent any potential confrontation in the hallway.

However, upon leaving the courtroom, the victim was confronted by Clark, who proceeded to follow her to the elevator. The victim recounted that Clark became verbally aggressive and threatening towards her. As the victim attempted to board the elevator, Clark allegedly spat on her twice and continued with her verbal abuse.

Consequently, Clark was taken into custody for violating the protection order and for engaging in assault in a threatening and menacing manner. Notably, authorities revealed that Clark had previously been convicted of breaching a protection order back in August 2013.
