The incident occurred on Saturday when Woodard allegedly entered a backyard and attempted to lead a 3-year-old boy away from the residence.

The child’s mother was monitoring her children playing in the backyard through a surveillance camera when she witnessed her 3-year-old child being led away by a tall man.
