The child has been identified as Kirby Carr, who disappeared on June 8 from her residence in the vicinity of Lake Pleasant Parkway and Speckled Gecko Drive.

According to a police statement, the non-custodial parent arrived at the location for a supervised visit with his two-year-old daughter. However, following the conclusion of the visitation, the suspect absconded from the area.

Kirby is described as a Caucasian female, standing approximately 3 feet tall and weighing 35 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.

“Kirby was dressed in a blue outfit adorned with a pink bow, with a matching blue bow in her hair,” police stated.

“Kevin was last seen wearing a dark-colored shirt and shorts,” investigators disclosed.

Carr was observed fleeing the scene in a 2014 blue Fiat 500 bearing Arizona license plate M5A6EM.

“The Fiat is distinguished by dual silver stripes across its top and a Milwaukee toolbox attached to the hitch. The destination of the blue Fiat following its departure from the scene remains unknown,” a segment of the statement reads.
