New Delhi: A 22-year-old man, identified as Anas Ahmed, was found dead by suicide at his residence in southwest Delhi, police authorities confirmed. The tragic incident took place in Israel Camp near Doctor Sardar, Rangpuri Pahari area.
According to the police report, on June 7, 2024, at approximately 6.00 pm, a call was received at PS VK South regarding a male individual hanging in Israel Camp, Rangpuri Pahari. Upon reaching the location, Anas was discovered hanging from the ceiling pipe inside his jhuggi (slum), which was latched from the inside.
The deceased, who worked as a butcher in Israel Camp, had not reported to work since the previous day and was unresponsive to calls. Concerned about his absence, his employer Danish went to check on him and tragically found him hanging.
Anas Ahmed is survived by his mother and two younger siblings, adding to the heart-wrenching nature of this loss.
Recent Tragic Incidents
