Kyle Miller : “Abandoned Baby Found at JACK Casino”

The Cleveland Division of Police has recently released body-worn camera footage that shows officers discovering a 10-month-old baby girl alone in a parked car while her father was inside the JACK Casino. The incident took place on April 27, with Sgt. Wilfredo Diaz stating that the child had been left unattended in the parking garage for over 90 minutes.

According to Diaz, a concerned passerby spotted the infant in the parking garage, located in the 2100 block of Ontario St., and promptly contacted the authorities.

The 27-year-old Elyria man, identified as Kyle Miller, has been charged by the police with endangering children and tampering with evidence in connection with the incident.

Court records from Cleveland Municipal Court indicate that the tampering with evidence charge against Miller has been dropped, while the misdemeanor endangering children charge is still pending in court.

In response to the incident, a spokesperson for JACK Entertainment stated that the casino had no comment to provide at this time.
