Accident – Death – Obituary News :

An investigation conducted by the Indiana Gaming Commission has resulted in charges being filed against Robert Vincent and Timothy Vanwanzeele for allegedly operating an illegal internet-based gambling operation in Morgan County.

According to court documents, Vincent and Vanwanzeele are facing multiple charges, including Corrupt Business Influence, Money Laundering, Professional Gambling Over the Internet, and Promoting Professional Gambling.

The investigation into the illegal gambling operation began in June 2021 after an anonymous individual reported the existence of “DDDare Poker Club” on the Pokerrrr3 platform. The anonymous individual claimed to have lost $50,000 while playing poker on the DDDare Poker Club platform.

In September 2023, the Indiana Gaming Commission received additional information from a confidential source identifying Vanwanzeele as a co-operator in the illegal poker club. Financial records revealed that Vincent received approximately $1,724,757.00 in transfers to various financial platforms between July 1, 2020, and November 20, 2023, while Vanwanzeele received over $201,342.00. It is believed that most of these transactions were used to facilitate poker games on the DDDare Poker Club platform.

As the case progresses, more information will be provided to the public. Stay tuned for updates on this ongoing investigation.
