Accident – Death – Obituary News : Dodge Center, MN (KROC-AM News)- A motorcycle crash on a highway in southeast Minnesota left two people injured and in need of emergency medical attention. The incident occurred just after 8:20 on a Sunday night, with the motorcycle being the sole vehicle involved in the crash.

The Minnesota State Patrol responded to the scene of the accident on Hwy. 14 in Dodge County. According to the state crash report, the motorcycle, traveling west on the four-lane highway just south of Dodge Center, veered off the roadway. The operator of the motorcycle was identified as 52-year-old Scott Glen Rehman, with his passenger being named as 53-year-old Colleen Rehman.

Both individuals, hailing from Faribault, were taken to St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester for treatment of their non-life-threatening injuries. Shockingly, neither of them were wearing helmets at the time of the crash, and alcohol was not a factor in the incident. The crash report also noted that the road conditions were wet when the motorcycle ran off the road.

Assisting in the response to the crash were the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office, Dodge Center Fire Department, and Dodge Center Ambulance. The authorities worked swiftly to ensure the safety and well-being of the injured parties.
