The deceased has been identified as Payal Banik, who allegedly took her own life amidst suspicions of her husband’s infidelity.
Local residents have been left reeling by the news, with many speculating that family disputes may have played a role in driving Payal to such a drastic measure. “It’s heartbreaking to think of the journey she made from Bangladesh only for it to end like this,” shared a neighbour, reflecting the sombre mood that has descended upon the community.
