Raipur: A 13-year-old student met with a tragic accident and was electrocuted while filling water into a cooler at his residence in Bilaspur. The incident occurred on Saturday evening and has left the community in shock and grief.

The young victim, identified as Shivansh Pandey, was the son of Ravish Pandey, a resident of Juna Bilaspur Kila ward. The unfortunate event took place around seven in the evening when there was no electricity supply in the society. Shivansh was innocently engaged in the task of filling water into the cooler while his mother was engrossed in her prayers.

Sadly, as the power supply was restored, the sudden surge of electricity resulted in Shivansh being electrocuted. He collapsed unconscious on the floor, prompting his family to rush him to the hospital in a desperate bid to save his life. However, despite their efforts, the doctors at the hospital declared him dead.
