David Reeves : Man Arrested for Domestic Violence after Trespassing

CARLISLE COUNTY, KY (KBSI) — The Carlisle County Sheriff’s office received a report from a resident in the Milburn community, located off State Route 1371, regarding unauthorized entry into a rental property by David Reeves and his wife April.

David and April Reeves were former tenants of the rental home, which was currently occupied by a new tenant. David, who had an active arrest warrant, attempted to evade authorities by running into the house upon their arrival. However, he was swiftly apprehended by deputies. Meanwhile, April was discovered asleep inside the residence. Upon further investigation, it was revealed that the Reeves had purchased clothing and food as if they intended to resume living in the property. Both individuals were issued trespass warnings and informed that any future return to the premises would result in their arrest.

David Reeves was taken into custody for a previous charge of Assault related to Domestic Violence.
