A man has been taken into custody by Phoenix police following a fatal shooting near a bus stop in the city. The incident, which led to the death of a 49-year-old man identified as Nathan Page, occurred on Friday night at the intersection of Tatum Boulevard and Union Hills Drive.

The suspect, 31-year-old Abron Mehaj, is now facing homicide charges in connection with the shooting. Police responded to a call about the incident around 11:30 p.m. and found the victim, Page, who had been shot near the bus stop. Despite efforts to save him, Page succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
