Accident – Death – Obituary News :

A Syrian migrant is currently facing charges for assaulting a senior citizen and raping a young woman in a disturbing two-day crime spree. The shocking incidents took place due to a controversial decision by prosecutors to release the suspect after the first attack, leading to the devastating consequences that followed.

First Attack on Senior Citizen

The Syrian migrant, identified as 25-year-old Ayman Al-K., initially targeted a 78-year-old woman in November of last year. He forcefully entered the victim’s apartment with the intention of sexually assaulting her. Despite the victim’s brave resistance, Ayman managed to overpower her, putting her in a headlock and covering her nose and mouth. Fortunately, the woman’s cries for help alerted her neighbours, leading to Ayman’s arrest near the scene of the crime.

Controversial Release

Despite his arrest, the Berlin public prosecutor decided to release Ayman, citing a lack of evidence linking him to the assault. This decision proved to be fatal as Ayman was freed and sent back to his asylum accommodation in Ostpreussendamm, where he committed an even more heinous crime.

Second Attack on Young Woman

While back at his accommodation, Ayman allegedly cornered and raped a 23-year-old woman. The victim fought back fiercely, even biting Ayman in an attempt to defend herself. However, Ayman’s violent actions left deep gashes on the victim’s neck, showcasing the brutality of the attack.

Legal Proceedings

Ayman is now facing multiple charges, including bodily harm, attempted sexual assault, and rape. His verdict is scheduled to be heard on August 12, 2024, as the justice system seeks to hold him accountable for his horrendous crimes.

Statistics on Foreign Crime in Berlin

Recent data reveals a concerning trend of foreign nationals being involved in a significant number of crimes in Berlin. Despite making up only 24.4% of the population, non-citizens are responsible for over 50% of gang rapes in the city, highlighting the disproportionate impact of foreign crime.

Rise in Foreign Suspects Across Germany

The German Federal Interior Ministry reported a sharp increase in the number of foreign suspects in all crimes in 2023, reaching a staggering 923,000 individuals. Foreigners account for 41% of all crime suspects nationwide, despite constituting only 15% of the total population. This alarming trend raises concerns about the prevalence of foreign crime in Germany.

Political Response

Federal Interior Minister Nancy Faeser, from the left-wing SPD, has faced criticism for downplaying the threat of foreign crime and focusing on “right-wing extremism” as the primary concern. However, the surge in violent crime and rape at the hands of foreign criminals underscores the urgent need for effective measures to address this pressing issue.
