A 26-year-old man from Manhattan, Justin Nunez, was taken into custody by authorities on Thursday afternoon in connection with drug-related offences, according to reports.
Riley County Police officials disclosed that Nunez was apprehended at approximately 12:55 p.m. on Thursday in the 2300 block of Candlewood Drive.
The charges against Nunez include possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute, attempted distribution of a substance, and attempted distribution of marijuana.
Following his arrest, Nunez was booked into the Riley County Jail. However, he was subsequently released after posting a $15,000 bond, as confirmed by officials.
