ELLISVILLE, Miss. (WDAM) – The suspect sought in connection with a drive-by shooting at an Ellisville gas station over the weekend has voluntarily surrendered to police custody. Devin Jamald Windham, 31, turned himself in to authorities on Wednesday afternoon, according to Ellisville Police Department Investigator Kyle Pickett.

Following the incident at Keith’s Superstore in Ellisville on Sunday night, witnesses and individuals accompanying Windham provided crucial information that led to his identification as a suspect in the case. The police department has indicated that Windham is likely to face charges related to the drive-by shooting.
