Following the incidents, a mental health evaluation was mandated for the suspect in Plymouth District Court on Tuesday.

Connecticut State Police were alerted to a disturbance at a residence in Deep River, Connecticut, where a man identified as 70-year-old Bruce Feldman was found with fatal injuries. Witnesses reported seeing an individual matching Ravizza’s description in the vicinity.

Following leads, Massachusetts State Police located Ravizza’s vehicle in Sandwich, Massachusetts, leading to his apprehension around 7:30 p.m.

Connecticut authorities have indicated that criminal charges against Ravizza are pending in relation to the series of stabbings in Massachusetts, including charges of assault with intent to murder and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Ravizza also faces allegations of indecent exposure and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

The incident at the Braintree AMC theater involved Ravizza allegedly entering the premises without payment, proceeding to a theater, and stabbing four girls without warning. The victims sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were promptly taken to medical facilities for treatment.

Braintree police condemned the attack as “completely senseless and random,” emphasizing the vulnerability of the victims who were innocent and defenseless.

In a separate incident at a Plymouth McDonald’s, Ravizza reportedly assaulted two employees, a 21-year-old woman and a 28-year-old man, causing non-life-threatening injuries. Surveillance footage captured the sequence of events, showing Ravizza stabbing the employees before fleeing the scene.

Authorities disclosed that the female victim sustained a deep stab wound along with additional injuries to her left bicep and underarm. Ravizza was also accused of public urination in the drive-thru area.

Following his apprehension, Ravizza was taken to South Shore Hospital in Weymouth for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

McDonald’s issued a statement expressing shock and devastation over the violent incident and reassured the public of their commitment to safety.

A mental health evaluation was ordered for Ravizza in Plymouth District Court, with no scheduled court date announced yet.
