Accident – Death – Obituary News :

A Delhi court on May 28 rejected the bail application of former Jawaharlal Nehru University scholar Umar Khalid, who was arrested in a larger conspiracy case related to the North East Delhi riots of 2020. Additional Sessions Judge Sameer Bajpai of the Karkardooma Courts dismissed Mr Khalid’s plea. The police have accused Mr Khalid of orchestrating protests at 23 locations that allegedly led to the Delhi riots in 2020. He faces charges of criminal conspiracy, rioting, unlawful assembly, and other offences under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act. Mr Khalid has been in jail since his arrest in September 2020.

Pune luxury car crash: Father of minor involved in case held for driver kidnapping
