According to authorities, investigations revealed that the ATV overturned, causing both the driver and an 11-year-old passenger, identified as the driver’s niece, to be ejected from the vehicle. Tragically, the ATV then landed on the driver, resulting in life-threatening injuries. Despite efforts to save him, the man succumbed to his injuries after being rushed to Schoolcraft Memorial Hospital.
