Authorities in Philadelphia are still on the lookout for the individual responsible for a harrowing incident in the city’s Kensington area. The incident occurred last Thursday at approximately 3 p.m. when a collision occurred between a driver and a scooter rider on the 300 block of East Allegheny Avenue.
Footage obtained by local news outlet Action News captures the crash followed by the scooter rider firing shots in the vicinity.
According to reports, the suspect shot three innocent bystanders, including an 8-year-old girl who sustained a head injury while in a vehicle with her father. The young girl, identified as Kaylien, underwent surgery following the incident.

In addition to the young girl, the shooting also injured a 45-year-old male pedestrian in the leg and a 47-year-old female teacher from Conwell Middle School who sustained gunshot wounds to the face. Fortunately, all three victims are reported to be in stable condition.
Both the scooter rider and the driver involved in the initial collision fled the scene, prompting an ongoing investigation by law enforcement.
