Authorities discovered a man who had been fatally shot in downtown Dallas on Sunday evening, according to police reports.
Police officers were called to the scene on Young Street in response to a shooting incident at around 11:30 p.m., as stated in a news release issued on Monday.
The victim was identified as Xavier Jasso, aged 25, who was found with gunshot wounds. Unfortunately, Jasso succumbed to his injuries after being rushed to a nearby hospital.
The perpetrators behind the shooting remain unknown, as confirmed by the police report.
