Authorities in Two Rivers have identified the body that was discovered by fishermen in the Two Rivers harbor on Sunday morning as belonging to 40-year-old Joshua J. Donaher of Two Rivers.
The Two Rivers Police Department confirmed the identity of the deceased individual on Monday and stated that they, along with the Manitowoc County Coroner’s Office, are currently investigating the cause and circumstances surrounding Donaher’s death.
At this time, police have assured the public that there is no immediate danger to the community, and no further details have been released regarding the incident.

The body was found by fishermen floating in the area where the East Twin and West Twin rivers meet in Two Rivers.
