Accident – Death – Obituary News :

A 12-year-old boy tragically lost his life in a fire while attempting to burgle a shop in India’s Jharkhand.

The incident took place when the young boy, identified as Amit Turi, along with two others, entered a shop under the cover of darkness in search of valuables. They used a candle to illuminate their surroundings, but the situation quickly turned deadly when the shop caught fire.

Unfortunately, Amit Turi was unable to escape the blaze and was burned to death. One of his accomplices, 15-year-old Badal Bhuiyan, suffered severe burns, with 70% of his body affected by the fire. The third member of the group, 12-year-old Sagar Turi, managed to flee the scene unharmed.

A police official at the scene reported, “Balumath Police responded to the incident, and a firefighting team was called in to extinguish the flames. The shop was completely destroyed in the fire. We are currently investigating the cause of the fire and the circumstances surrounding the break-in. Initial findings suggest that the use of a candle by one of the thieves may have sparked the blaze.”

The injured suspect, Badal Bhuiyan, was initially taken to a local community health centre for treatment before being transferred to the Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences in Ranchi for further care.

Meanwhile, Sagar Turi remains at large following the tragic incident.

In a separate incident in India’s Madhya Pradesh state, a viral video captured the daring theft of goods from a moving truck. The footage, reminiscent of a scene from a Hollywood movie, shows three men on a bike stealing items from the truck by cutting through the tarpaulin covering the cargo.

As investigations continue into the shop fire in Jharkhand and the dramatic theft in Madhya Pradesh, authorities are working to bring those responsible to justice and prevent similar incidents in the future.
