MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – Mobile Police have announced the arrest of a suspect in what they describe as “an extensive sexual assault investigation.”
Details of the Arrest
The Mobile Police Department’s Special Victims Unit has apprehended Bradrick Vail, Sr., aged 35, in connection with the case. Vail faces charges of three counts of first-degree rape, one count of first-degree sodomy, and three counts of sexual abuse. The arrest took place on Sunday, May 26, 2024.
Multi-Jurisdictional Investigation
The investigation into Vail’s alleged crimes involved multiple victims coming forward with their accounts. Authorities believe that Vail may have contacted some of his victims through a local church in Mobile, AL. It is suspected that there may be additional victims who have not yet come forward.
