A tragic accident occurred in Gentry County in the early hours of Saturday morning, leaving one person injured. The incident, which took place just after 1 a.m., involved an Easy-Go Golf Cart driven by Korbin L. Fletchall, a 20-year-old resident of Stanberry.

According to reports from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the golf cart was travelling southbound on private property located two and a half miles north of Stanberry at the time of the accident. An occupant of the golf cart, identified as 23-year-old Greyson J. Juergensmyer from Westphalia, was clinging onto the driver’s side exterior of the vehicle when he tragically fell off.

Following the incident, Grand River EMS swiftly responded to the scene and transported Juergensmyer to Mosaic in Albany for immediate medical attention. Due to the severity of his injuries, Life Flight Eagle was called in to airlift him to Research Medical Center in Kansas City. As of now, no further details regarding the incident have been released by the authorities.
