The Texas Department of Public Safety has issued a Silver Alert for a 65-year-old man from Bexar County who has been reported missing. Alfred Garcia was last seen at the EZPawn store on 2612 South Presa Street at around 4 p.m.
Garcia is described as being 5 feet tall with grey hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a Dallas Cowboys baseball cap, a grey T-shirt, and blue jean shorts. Additionally, Garcia has tattoos on both of his knuckles, according to authorities.
