ATLANTA – On the evening of May 24th, Atlanta police were called to 1634 Hollywood Road NW following reports of a stabbing incident.
Upon their arrival at the scene, officers discovered a 63-year-old woman who had sustained a stab wound to her left arm. The victim was promptly taken to a nearby hospital for medical attention.
Authorities at the scene swiftly took into custody a 61-year-old woman who was identified as the suspect in the stabbing. Subsequently, investigators from the Aggravated Assault Unit were summoned to conduct a detailed examination of the circumstances surrounding the incident. Following their thorough investigation, the suspect was formally arrested and charged in connection with the alleged attack.
The ongoing investigation has not yet yielded any identifying information about the two women involved in the altercation.
