In the early hours of Saturday morning, a tragic accident occurred in Gentry County, leaving one person injured. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that Korbin L. Fletchall, a 20-year-old resident of Stanberry, was driving an Easy-go Golf Cart on private property, approximately two and a half miles north of Stanberry.
Unfortunately, the peaceful night took a turn for the worse when an occupant of the golf cart, identified as Greyson J. Juergensmyer, a 23-year-old from Westphalia, fell off the cart while clinging to the driver’s side exterior. The incident resulted in serious injuries for Juergensmyer, prompting a swift response from emergency services.
Grand River EMS quickly arrived on the scene and transported Juergensmyer to Mosaic in Albany for initial treatment. Due to the severity of his injuries, Life Flight Eagle was called in to airlift him to Research Medical Center in Kansas City for further medical attention.
