Roger Le : San Jose Man Arrested for Mother’s Death: Suspect in Custody

A 34-year-old man from San Jose has been taken into custody following the tragic death of his mother, as confirmed by local authorities.

Law enforcement officers responded to a residence on Shadow Dance Drive at approximately 11:45 a.m. on Thursday after receiving a report of suspicious circumstances, as stated by San Jose police Officer Tanya Hernandez in a press release. Upon arrival, they discovered an unconscious woman who was not breathing.

Regrettably, the woman was declared deceased at the scene. The identity of the victim will be disclosed by the Santa Clara County Medical Examiner-Coroner’s Office once it has been verified and her next of kin has been informed.

This incident marks the 14th homicide in San Jose this year. By comparison, at this point last year, the authorities had investigated 11 homicides.

The victim’s adult son, Roger Le, was arrested and taken to the Santa Clara County Main Jail in San Jose. Hernandez confirmed that Le will face charges of murder.

The motive behind the tragic event and the circumstances leading to the homicide are currently under investigation, according to Hernandez.
