Accident – Death – Obituary News : Israeli forces have recently repatriated the bodies of three hostages who were killed during Hamas’s October 7 massacre in Israel and abducted into Gaza. The victims, identified as Hanan Yablonka, Michel Nisenbaum, and Orion Hernandez Radoux, were recovered as part of ongoing efforts by the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) and intelligence forces.

According to the IDF, Yablonka and Hernandez Radoux were attending the Nova music festival when the Hamas terrorists carried out the massacre. Hernandez Radoux, a Mexican-French national, was the boyfriend of Shani Louk, a female hostage who was also murdered on October 7. Nisenbaum, a dual Israeli-Brazilian citizen, was killed while attempting to rescue his young granddaughter.

In a video announcement, IDF spokesman Rear Adm. Daniel Hagari emphasized the ongoing efforts to free hostages held by Hamas in Gaza. The recovery of these bodies is part of a larger mission to bring all hostages home and ensure their freedom.

Hamas has claimed to still be holding Israeli Col. Asaf Hamami, commander of the IDF’s Gaza Division’s Southern Brigade, who was reportedly captured during the October 7 incident. Despite Hamas’s claims, Israel had previously declared Hamami dead, believing he had died during fighting with the terrorists.

The IDF has been conducting operations in Jabalya, a city in northern Gaza, where the bodies of the hostages were recovered. The operations have involved intense combat and the uncovering of weapons and infrastructure used by Hamas. These efforts are part of a broader campaign to dismantle Hamas’s military capabilities and locate remaining hostages.

Israel estimates that approximately 125 hostages, both living and dead, remain in Gaza out of a total of 252 kidnapped by Hamas. The IDF continues to work towards securing the release of all hostages and dismantling terrorist infrastructure across Gaza.

Experts, including FDD CEO Mark Dubowitz and Senior Research Analyst Joe Truzman, have highlighted the importance of Israel’s ongoing operations in Gaza and the need to focus on freeing remaining hostages. The IDF’s efforts in Jabalya and other areas of Gaza are crucial in achieving these goals and ensuring the safety and security of all individuals affected by Hamas’s actions..
