The incident occurred on Monday morning when Wilkins was travelling eastbound on Morse Road on his 2022 Harley Davidson motorcycle. Nasteho Warsame, a 47-year-old driver, was travelling westbound on Morse Road and attempted to make a left turn across the three eastbound lanes towards a private service road on the south side of Morse.
