SALEM, Ore. (KPTV) – The Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS), Child Welfare Division, is reaching out to the public for assistance in locating a missing one-year-old boy who is believed to be in danger.

The child, named Odin E. Grant, was last seen in Hood River and The Dalles on May 3 in the company of his mother, Cecilia Grant, also known as Cecilia Gomez.

ODHS is urging anyone with any information regarding Odin’s whereabouts to contact 911 or local law enforcement immediately.

It is suspected that Odin and his mother may still be in Hood River or The Dalles, possibly in the company of a man identified as Jimmie Champion.

Odin is described as two feet eight and a half inches tall, weighing 29 pounds, with light brown hair and blue eyes.
