A devastating car crash in Spartanburg County, South Carolina has resulted in the untimely death of a 34-year-old woman, identified as Candace Michelle McCree. The incident occurred on May 18, when McCree was involved in a collision near the intersection of South Blackstock Road and Old Reidville Road.
According to the Spartanburg County Coroner’s Office, McCree was pronounced braindead at 5:35 p.m. on Wednesday, following the tragic accident. The South Carolina Highway Patrol has confirmed that McCree was driving a 2003 Toyota sedan south on South Blackstock Road at the time of the crash.
Reports indicate that the vehicle veered off the left side of the roadway, ultimately colliding with a mailbox and a tree. The exact circumstances leading to the accident are still under investigation by highway patrol authorities.
