PTC News Desk: Delhi Police have taken a 32-year-old man into custody after he posted threatening comments at the Patel Nagar and Rajiv Chowk metro stations targeting Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Arvind Kejriwal.
The offender, identified as Ankit Goyal from Bareilly, has been arrested by the Metro Unit of Delhi Police. An FIR has been filed and an investigation is currently underway.
Sources have revealed that Goyal is a well-educated individual who works at a prestigious bank and does not have any affiliation with a political organization.
The accused was reportedly staying at a five-star hotel and had traveled from Bareilly to Greater Noida for property purchase. Police sources have hinted at Goyal’s unstable mental state, although no concrete evidence has been provided.
