The tragic demise of a 4-year-old girl has left the community in Khilpara Taltala area of Udaipur, Tripura, in shock. The young girl, identified as Ananya Karmakar, lost her life in a heartbreaking incident that unfolded near her residence.
In the afternoon of a fateful Tuesday in Udaipur, Ananya was accompanying her grandmother to a neighbour’s house to partake in a religious ceremony. However, amidst the hustle and bustle of the puja, the young girl went missing, only to be discovered later in a pond close by.
Despite frantic search efforts by her grandmother, Ananya was found lifeless in the pond. The heart-wrenching turn of events led to local residents swiftly retrieving her body and rushing her to a nearby medical facility. Tragically, medical professionals on site confirmed her passing.
