Details of the Incident
A 24-year-old man, identified as Brady Poitra, was arrested in Fargo after he was found asleep in his car on the Main Avenue bridge in the early hours of Tuesday morning. The Fargo Police Department responded to a call for a medical assist in the 50 Block of Main Ave just before 4:30 a.m.
Upon arrival, officers discovered Poitra sleeping in the driver’s seat of his vehicle. Poitra claimed that he had run out of gas and had fallen asleep while waiting for help.
Discovery of Drug Paraphernalia
During their interaction with Poitra, the police officers noticed drug paraphernalia inside the car. As a result, Poitra was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was taken to the Cass County Jail for further processing.
