A 30-year-old man was the victim of a shooting incident in Imphal West district of Manipur on Saturday morning, according to local police reports. The incident took place near Khumbong primary health centre in the Patsoi police station area.
The victim, identified as Laishram Kumarjit, who works as a designer, sustained a gunshot wound to his left calf. He was quickly taken to a hospital in Imphal for medical treatment.
