Accident – Death – Obituary News : A dramatic vehicle pursuit on a Wednesday evening resulted in the arrest of three individuals on various charges and the confiscation of illicit substances, cash, and a firearm. Lee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotic Agents made an attempt to halt a BMW 535 on Sheriff Watson Road, but the driver chose to evade authorities and initiated a high-speed chase.
Sheriff Brian Estes recounted that the fleeing vehicle veered off the road into a wooded area before the driver, identified as Randall Lewis Fore, managed to regain control and re-entered the roadway, narrowly missing a deputy. The pursuit concluded after the vehicle driven by Fore collided with a patrol car.
Upon searching the vehicle, law enforcement officers discovered a substantial quantity of illegal substances, including 26 grams of fentanyl, 72 grams of marijuana, 13 strips of Buprenorphine, and three morphine pills. Additionally, a Glock 21 pistol with magazines, including a 40-round drum, along with drug paraphernalia, were also found in the car, which was occupied by three individuals.
Fore, who had outstanding warrants, faced multiple charges including flee/elude arrest with a motor vehicle, trafficking fentanyl by possession and transport, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and various drug-related offenses. The other two passengers, Morgan Seymour and Thomas Brumley, were also taken into custody on drug-related charges.
Sheriff Estes noted that this was not Fore’s first attempt to flee from law enforcement, referencing a previous incident where he live-streamed a chase on social media. The individuals were brought before a Lee County Magistrate and denied bond.
