The incident occurred when Slavek entered the home of a 79-year-old woman without permission. The resident reported that Slavek gave her a hug before making herself comfortable by sitting in a living room chair, resting on a bed, and even jumping into the pool on the property. After her brief visit, Slavek left the home.
It was revealed that Slavek, a resident of unincorporated Collier County, is currently on probation in Florida for a 2020 charge of resisting an officer with violence. She told police that she did not know the residents of the home she entered unlawfully.
