Accident – Death – Obituary News :

The Sanford Police Department received reports of various incidents in the area, including theft and fraud cases. The theft of cases of water was reported at 9:35 p.m. on Tuesday at the Circle K in the 1600 block of Tramway Road. Additionally, a fraud incident was reported at 3:23 p.m. on Tuesday in the 200 block of East Weatherspoon Street, where an individual posed as a police officer to have $217 transferred.

Arrests Made in Connection with Drug Offences and Child Abuse

Raymond Samuel Siler, 73, of the 900 block of Oddfellow Street, Sanford, was arrested at 12:45 p.m. on Tuesday at his residence. He faces felony charges of manufacturing cocaine, manufacturing cocaine within 1,000 feet of a school, maintaining a drug vehicle or dwelling, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Kaleb Yatrofsky, 34, of the 300 block of Robin Hood Lane, Sanford, was also arrested at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday at his residence on a misdemeanor charge of child abuse.

Recent Bookings at Lee County Jail and Harnett County Detention Center

In addition to the arrests made by the Sanford Police Department, Timothy Andrew Moore, 35, of the 200 block of Country Estates Drive, Sanford, was booked into the Lee County Jail at 12:36 a.m. on Wednesday on misdemeanor charges of assault on a female and resisting arrest. Karl Stowe, 34, of the 1200 block of Heritage Way, Cameron, was arrested on Tuesday for a felony probation violation. Kyleo Rodgers, 30, of Allegheny Drive, Spring Lake, was also arrested on Tuesday on a charge of second-degree trespassing.

Furthermore, Tommy Tapia, 25, of the 500 block of Thomas Farm Road, Broadway, was arrested on Wednesday on a charge of interfering with emergency communications. Seth Patterson, 37, of the 400 block of Taylor Road, Spring Lake, was also arrested on Wednesday on a charge of hit-and-run leaving the scene with property damage.
