A 33-year-old man from San Angelo, who worked as an assistant band director in the Wall School District, has been released on a £45,000 bond following his arrest on Tuesday for alleged online solicitation of a minor.
The man, identified as Tom Josh Carroll, is accused of sending sexually explicit messages to multiple female students, leading school administrators to notify the authorities.
Investigations into Carroll’s actions uncovered that he had been targeting underage students with his inappropriate communications. As a result, he was taken into custody and booked into the Tom Green County Jail, with a “U.S. Marshal hold” placed on him.
