Prakash : “Child Rights Commission Intervenes in Youth Beheading Case – India”

A horrifying incident occurred in Madikeri, Karnataka, where a 16-year-old girl was brutally beheaded by a 32-year-old man named Prakash. The tragic event unfolded after the intervention of the Child Rights Commission, which halted the engagement between the two individuals. The police are currently on the lookout for the perpetrator, who is currently on the run.

The ill-fated engagement between the teenage girl, who had recently passed her Class 10 exams, and Prakash, was scheduled to take place in Surlabbi village, Madikeri. However, the intervention of the Child Rights Commission shed light on the fact that the girl was a minor, prompting them to call off the engagement. Both families agreed to postpone the marriage until the girl reached the legal age of 18.

Tragically, Prakash disregarded the decision and violently entered the girl’s residence, attacking her parents before forcibly dragging the girl outside and committing the heinous act of beheading her. He callously fled the scene with the girl’s severed head, leaving a trail of shock and horror in his wake.
