Ghaziabad: Following the tragic incident of Tata Steel’s National Business Head Vinay Tyagi being stabbed to death on the night of May 3, Friday, the accused, identified as Akki alias Daksh from New Delhi, has been apprehended and subsequently killed in a police encounter. The exchange of gunfire between Daksh and law enforcement officers resulted in his demise. Daksh was accused of robbing and fatally injuring Vinay Tyagi on the night of May 3.
Vinay Tyagi, the National Business Head of Tata Steel, met with a devastating fate on the night of May 3 in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The incident unfolded near Khaitan Public School in Shalimar Garden, where Tyagi was found severely wounded on the roadside. Upon discovery by a passerby, authorities and his family were immediately notified. Tyagi was swiftly taken to Narendra Mohan Hospital by his family, but tragically succumbed to his injuries during treatment.
Vinay Tyagi Leaves Behind Wife and Two Children
Aged 42, Vinay Tyagi resided at house number 66 in Rajendra Nagar sector 5, where he lived with his wife and two children. The attack on Tyagi, believed to be motivated by robbery, was orchestrated by a group of unidentified individuals as he made his way home from work. The prime suspect, Daksh, who met his end in the police encounter, was responsible for Tyagi’s untimely demise. Authorities revealed that Tyagi had engaged in a lengthy phone conversation with his family members at 11:30 pm on May 3, after which all contact was lost. He was later discovered in a critical condition, lying in a pool of blood.
