Daniel Suesue, a 25-year-old individual from Spanaway, has been charged with Murder in the 2nd Degree for the killing of Roderick Loi Belford, aged 30.
According to the prosecutors, video surveillance footage captured Suesue shooting the victim multiple times at close range, resulting in eight gunshot wounds. The incident took place inside a crowded bar, putting the safety of other patrons at risk. The footage clearly shows that the victim was not armed and did not pose a threat to the defendant or anyone else present in the bar.
Despite the lack of a felony conviction history, Suesue faces severe consequences due to the current charge of Murder in the 2nd Degree with a firearm enhancement.
